Claims Information

Reporting a Claim

  • When you report your claim, all our carriers offer 24 HR toll-free reporting 365 days a year.
  • If you have yet to notify the authorities, please do so right away. By making a formal report of an accident to the proper agency you protect yourself and preserve the facts.
  • Protect your property from further damage.
  • Help us provide the kind of great claim service you deserve by providing your claims rep with as much detail about the accident as you can.
  • Be sure to discuss any questions you have about deductibles, what's covered or the repairs with your claims rep at this time.
  • An adjuster will be assigned to verify all details of the claim, determine if our insured is at fault for the accident and evaluate the amount of damages.
  • They will guide you through their company's method of appraising the extent of damage to your vehicle. If you require assistance in selecting a repair shop, they can suggest one for you.
  •  If you need a rental car and your policy covers one, your claims representative can make arrangements for a rental. Keep in mind that rental reimbursement varies based on policy coverages and accident circumstances.
  •  Your claims representatives will keep you informed about your claim by periodically checking the status of repairs and addressing any further issues, such as additional damage, supplemental payments or changes to the expected completion date.
